We offer a 60 day money back product guarantee on all our magnetic underlays as follows:
Please try the Woolrest BioMag/Gold Label/Cotton Quilted BioMag underlay and pillow pads for the full 60 days. We have had many customers tell us that at first they thought their BioMag wasn’t helping to ease their pain – but after a few more weeks, they noticed an improvement.
However, if you still do not experience pain relief after 6 or 7 weeks, you should telephone us to get a return number. Underlays sent back without a return number cannot be refunded.
You can then send back the underlay at your expense to receive a full product refund, and the only deduction will be a small $20 courier and administration fee.
