We offer a 60 day money back product guarantee on all our Woolrest BioMag range of magnetic underlays as follows:
Try the Woolrest BioMag/Gold Label/Original BioMag underlay and pillow pads for the full 45 days from when it arrives at your home. If you do not experience relief in that time, we request you telephone us and talk to one of our consultants.
We stress you need to call us well before the 60 day mark if you think it is not working for you.
As long as you are still within your guarantee period, you are able to return it and receive a full product refund. But you must first talk with one of our staff to get a return number.
Products sent back without a return number will NOT be refunded. When you are refunded you get the full amount back on the product, apart from a small $20 handling and processing fee.
