Returns

We offer a 60 day money back product guarantee on all our Woolrest BioMag range of magnetic underlays as follows:

Try the Woolrest BioMag / Gold Label underlay and pillow pads for the full 45 days from when it arrives at your home.

If you do not experience relief in that time we request you telephone us and talk to one of our consultants.

We stress you need to call us well before the 60 day mark if you think it is not working for you. As long as you are still within your guarantee period, you are able to return it and receive a full product refund. But you must first talk with one of our staff to get a return number.

Products sent back without a return number will NOT be refunded. When you are refunded you get the full amount back on the product, apart from a small $20 handling and processing fee.

Delivery

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NOW Couriers. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
