A. Gold Label Magnetic Underlay is covered by a 5 year warranty.

B. Wool Bliss Magnetic Underlay is covered by a 3 year warranty.

C. Cotton Magnetic Underlay is covered by a 1 year warranty.

D. Opulence Magnetic Underlay is covered by a 1 year warranty.

This covers any manufacturing issues.

Fleece Underlay Warranty

A. Wool Bliss Ultimate Fleece is covered by a 5 year warranty.

B. Wool Bliss Golden Fleece is covered by a 5 year warranty.

Your responsibilities

It does not cover things such as spillage or general improper use of the product under any circumstances. However our team are always willing to work with you to ensure the best outcome in most cases.
